“If I order today, how soon will my hair arrive?”
All orders require 4 business days for processing before they are shipped or 4 hours before they are ready for pickup/delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The day your order is placed is not counted as a processing day.
This time allows us to perform detailed quality control checks and prepare each wig with care, ensuring it meets our high standards before shipping.
After processing:
- Standard shipping takes 4–5 business days
- Expedited shipping takes 1–2 business days
- Same-day pickup and delivery are available in Houston, TX (Mon–Sat) for select in-stock wigs
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 days of being placed, but may take additional time for:
- Longer lengths
- Custom colors
- 5x5 or 13x6 lace
- Special cap sizes
- Custom wig cap requests
Shipping estimates begin after processing is complete. Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or delivery issues beyond our control.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order.
“Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?”
Yes! We now offer same-day pickup and delivery in Houston, TX for select in-stock wigs. Services are available Monday through Saturday. Pickup details will be sent via email or text once your order is ready.
Please wait for your pickup confirmation message before arriving, as pickups are not available without notice.
“What’s the longest length you offer?”
We offer hair lengths up to 50 inches by special request. These orders require a custom invoice and additional processing time. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
“My payment was declined. What should I do?”
If your payment was declined:
- Double-check that your card number, CVV, and billing address are correct
- Confirm that the billing address matches the one on file with your bank
- If issues continue, contact your financial institution for assistance
“I was double charged.”
Sometimes banks may show a pending transaction after a failed payment attempt. These are usually reversed within 3 business days and do not post to your account.
If you see two completed charges on your statement, please:
- Contact your bank first to verify the duplicate
- Then contact us at info@pinkpoptartbeauty.com with your order number
“This is my first wig. What should I order?”
All Pink Poptart wigs are designed with beginners in mind! They come:
- Pre-plucked
- With adjustable straps
- Made with thin lace for easy blending and natural installs
For a low-maintenance, everyday look, we recommend our 13x6 Straight Lace Wig—it’s beginner-friendly and fits almost all head sizes.

“Can I color my wig or bundles?”
Yes! All Pink Poptart wigs and bundles are made with 100% virgin human hair—with no synthetic fibers.
- Natural color wigs can be lifted to blonde
- Blonde wigs can be dyed with semi- or permanent color
We highly recommend using a professional stylist or colorist. Once hair has been altered (colored, cut, styled, etc.), it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
“Can I cancel my order?”
We allow cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, processing begins and your order cannot be canceled or refunded.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
“Can I return or exchange my order?”
Due to the hygienic nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with style, length, texture, or fit.
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email info@pinkpoptartbeauty.com with photos and/or videos of the issue
We will review and offer a resolution if we determine that a manufacturing error occurred. We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.
“Do you offer wholesale?”
Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for:
- 5 or more wigs
- 20 or more bundles

Pink Poptart Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or orders that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
