“If I order today, how soon will my hair arrive?”

Each order is unique . We meticulously package each individual box with love . This takes time and effort. Once your order is placed, we do ask for a processing grace period of 4 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays. The processing time clock begins the next business day after the order is placed. This allows us to do an extra quality control check before your order is dispatched to ensure your hair arrives in perfect condition and meets our standard of excellence. 

We offer expedited shipping of 1-2 business days and free standard shipping of 4-5 business days. Please keep in mind that every order processing time is the same regardless of which shipping method you have selected . In most cases your package will arrive within 1.5 week of placing your order however, sometimes there could be a slight delay of 1-2 extra days for longer lengths, color hair, 5x5 or 13x6 lace, requests for larger or smaller wig caps etc . If for any reason there are any delays with your order, we will communicate directly with you so that you know what to expect.

It is always our goal to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. There have been instances where orders arrive sooner than the expected date of delivery but we cannot guarantee any specifics as we are no longer in control once package is in the possession of the shipping couriers.  If you’re traveling or celebrating a special occasion and would like more certainty on whether or not your hair will arrive in time, please reach out to us to see what options we may have available . 

“What is the longest length you have available?”

We can provide hair up to 50”. These are special order requests and requires an individual payment invoice to be sent.  Special order requests  take additional time . Please plan accordingly and allow up to 14 business for delivery. 

“My payment declined.”

If your payment has been declined, first, we recommend that you verify that you have typed all card information correctly and to ensure that billing address matches the address associated with your bank account. If everything is correct and payment is still being declined, please contact your financial institution for further assistance . 

“I was double charged.”

We have a very strict and secure payment process . If for any reason you believe you were charged twice, please reach out to your financial institution immediately. Based on experience, this can happen due to an initial failed payment attempt or a system glitch. Typically, any extra charges will reflect as a pending transaction on your bank account, this charge will automatically be removed within 3 days and will not be billed on your statement. 

"This is my first wig, what should I order?”

All of our wigs are created with beginners in mind. Your wig will include adjustable straps on the inside for security and a thin lace that makes it extremely easy to work with . The hairline is also pre-plucked so if you have no experience with plucking, you can skip that part all together .

If you’re looking for an everyday wig that you can just throw on and go, I highly recommend our 13x6 straight wig. This wig fits almost every head size, it’s pre customized and requires very little work and maintenance on your part. If you’re still unsure of which wig is best for you, or if you need more guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are happy to help you decide. 

“Can I color my hair ?”

Absolutely ! All of our wigs and hair bundles are made with 100% top quality virgin human hair. This means that the hair is healthy and there are absolutely no synthetic fibers . Our natural color hair can be lifted to blonde and our blonde hair can be colored using permanent or semi-permanent hair dye. 

Hair coloring is a very complex job, and you can cause damage to your hair if it is not done correctly. We highly recommend consulting with a professional stylist or an experienced hair colorist for assistance with all coloring services . 

“Where are you located. Can I pickup my order?”

Although we are located within the U.S, for security purposes, we do not allow pickups under any circumstances at this time. You can expect to receive your order within the time frame stated above. 

“Can I cancel my order ?”

If you have placed an order by mistake, you may contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed and we will go ahead and cancel the order per your request. Once this grace period time has passed, and we have already begun processing your order it can no longer be canceled.

"Can I return my order?"

The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority .  We do ask that you carefully read each product description before placing an order to avoid any confusion or surprises. 

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a defective product, please reach out to us immediately after the package has been delivered with proof of the product being damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve your concerns, or offer a solution within reason. Due to the nature of our business and hygiene/health risks associated with the products we carry, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.

“Do you offer wholesale ?”
