Shipping policy

At Pink Poptart Beauty, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the information below to understand our processing times, shipping options, and local pickup/delivery terms.

  • Standard Orders (Shipping): Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing before your item ships.
  • Local Pickup & Delivery Orders: These have faster processing times and are not subject to the 4-day processing window.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

U.S. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard & Economy Shipping:
    Delivered within 4–5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after processing
  • Please note: Customs delays may impact delivery times. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

 Local Pickup (Houston Area Only)

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 hours for same-day pickup orders.
  • Pickup Hours:
    Monday–Friday: 11AM – 6PM
    Saturday: 10 AM – 4PM
    (Closed Sundays)
  • ID Required: Only the person listed on the order may pick up. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. No exceptions.
  • Notification: You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

 Local Delivery (Houston Area Only)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed off for delivery the same day during business hours.
  • ID Required: Orders will only be delivered to the person listed on the order. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
  • Confirmation: Our delivery partner provides GPS-tracked, time-stamped proof of delivery. A photo or recipient name may also be recorded.

Important Notes

  • All orders are Final Sale! Once shipping, pickup or local delivery is confirmed, the order is considered final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted. Shipping fees are non refundable. 
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping or delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address submissions.
