Refund policy

At Pink Poptart Beauty, all sales are final! Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 No Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse all returns and refund requests, including those related to dissatisfaction, buyer’s remorse, shipping delays, or incorrect selections made at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

 Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@pinkpoptartbeauty.com.
  • Include:
    • Clear photos of the damaged item
    • A screenshot of your order confirmation 
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • If we determine the damage was caused in transit, and all conditions are met, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

All orders are processed through secure payment gateways and subject to fraud protection.

  • If payment details do not match the billing information, the transaction will be automatically declined.
  • By purchasing from our store, you agree to our policies and waive the right to file fraudulent chargebacks for valid and fulfilled orders.
